The UW Whitewater Residence Halls was an education project in Whitewater, WI. Completed in 2015, the 108,000 sq. ft. plan had an estimated budget of $12,000,000.

This project consisted of the renovation of multiple student residence buildings at University of Wisconsin – Whitewater dating from the mid 1960’s with a focus on code and ADA compliance, circulation and student amenities. Provided Cost Estimating services through all phases of work. Additionally, we provided Value Engineering services.
