This project will install new, highly insulated roofing at multiple buildings on campus that have exceeded their life expectancy and are a regular maintenance issue. The new roofs will have improved levels of insulation to meet current energy conservation codes and will reduce leaks and water infiltration. Work includes replacing the roof and insulation, raising the parapet height and the curbs under the roof-mounted equipment, and replacing all trim and metal accessories.
