The new four-story, 135,000 GSF building to be primarily occupied by the University’s Computer Science department will include 16,000 SF of classroom space, an undergraduate learning and community center, dry labs, a robotics lab, flexible event space, 21 faculty research laboratories, collaborative learning and teaching spaces, and features a geothermal farm to assist with sustainable heating and cooling, contributing to its LEED Gold certification.
