The Pike River Dormitory was an education project in Kenosha, WI. Completed in 2009, the 120,000 sq. ft. plan had an estimated budget of $12,000,000.

Provided Cost Estimating and Bidding services to the general contractor for the Pike River Suites Dormitory at University of Wisconsin – Parkside. Additionally, we provided value engineering options to the Owner and Architect to bring the project costs in line with the approved budget.
