– This $10M project constructed a new 40,000 SF community center on North Market Street in Champaign, IL. The new building will provide community members with opportunities to meet, play, and learn under one roof, thanks to its state-of-the-art facilities. The new building includes a gymnasium, a studio, an “innovation center”, a fitness center, administrative offices, an indoor walking track, exercise rooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and an instructional kitchen with residential-grade appliances.
