We are up-to-date on BIM (building information management) applications and utilize state of the art technologies for estimating take-offs and pricing including On Screen Take-off (OST), Interactive Cost Estimating (ICE) with our MC2 estimating systems, and the P6 Primavera software package.

Founder Tom Middleton has nearly 20 years in the commercial construction industry leading many major projects to successful completion. His experience ranges from healthcare to commercial buildings to schools and corporate headquarters. Tom has worked in both direct, hands-on, field roles as well as project leadership roles. Based on his intimate knowledge of the construction process he understands the nuances of taking an idea from concept to completion.
